Let's take the high road and look at your POV. Let's call them migrant workers who were brought in for Jobs that Israel could not fill with either Israelis or Palestinians. They would have had Visas. So when a Visa expires what is a person holding one supposed to do? Leave. This is a fact in every country on the planet. Thus if they don't leave, what do they become? illegals. So why hold Israel to a higher standard than any other country?
Simply because israel cannot claim to be democratic or abide by international laws,why would they have apartheid for the palestinians and talking about legality for foreign workers,foreign workers,with or without visa,it doesn't make a difference.
Talking about legality ? what do you do with illegal settlement that are denounced by the whole world.

In a sense it's Democratic compared to it's neighbors but its foundation is Socialist. Israel has its own principals and its own constitution. International law is a useless piece of paper as it means nothing since no other country is held up to its standards or even mentioned except for Israel. Stop reading the Palestinian Textbooks. Most sites in Arabic do not post Palestinian stories anymore as they know its all fake. Syria is real and everyone knows it. Palestine is nearly all smoke and mirrors.

The USA doesn't give benefits to illegal migrants. So why does everyone expect Israel to do so?
Sweden has done a good thing by accepting these Eritrean refugees. I don't see the USA accepting them or other countries like Egypt which is definitely closer than Israel is to Eritrea.
1-China has never claimed to be the only "democracy" in the middle east or asia.
2-Egypt also never claimed to be the only "democraty" in the ME.
3-Israel went looking for the falasha,the ethiopian jews than try to sterilize them,throw their blood away and finally plan to deport them from the country,at the same time,israel claim that every jew in the world has the right to come to israel,but only white are accepted,if it's not racism,it's apartheid.

Actually, if any nation is being held to any higher standards than it's other nations. It's Israel that's often not being held to a much higher standard. Israel is often usually held to s lower standard. Israel rarely if ever has any sanctions imposed on it compared to other nations, especially when it comes to immigration and nuclear weapons usage and proliferation acts and issues. Israel is like the darling of the Middle East. It gets a pass that many other nations, depending on the case or situation or context are not afforded.

Sterilization no matter what country it is in is wrong unless there is a certain specific reason for such, but in the vast majority of cases sterilization is wrong and yes the Chinese example you gave is a horrible thing and is just as horrible as what the Israeli government and some other Israelis are doing to darker skinned and/or African Jews and Ethiopian Jews in Israel and to other human beings. I call out China too on many things too, and communism itself is very questionable as well but that's a whole other convo.
The main issue though with the immigration thing is that some were promised refuge there or they were recruited or used for labor but then when they exploit a source or that source for labor they turn on them, and some are betrayed.
As for outright ILLEGAL immigration, I agree that is wrong. Illegals should be deported.
And .... they became a big problem for the citizens of South Tel Aviv which became like "Africa " in the the South of TLV ..the local citizens are afraid to go down to the streets because it is actually dangerous because all of those African Illegal immigrants !! and lets also say that most of them are refusing to work..
