I think you need to take a long, hard look at what you're posting, OP. When was the last time you left Singapore? When was the last time you experienced UK nightlife? Judging from your posts, probably 1890?

Please, people, think long and hard before opening threads.

Hmm I don't think that is impt.

Why would me preferring to party to lady gaga or Britney Spears songs and finding American movies like the avengers , terminator etc more exciting make me look bad ??

Because it has nothing to do with your original query. Read your opening post again, carefully, as well as your thread title. You wanted to know if Brits are not as 'wild' as Americans, or if they don't party as 'hard', and you're now talking about Lady Gaga, Jessie J and The Avengers.

What is the relevance, OP, and what is the point of this thread?

My impression has always been that Brits seem to be more rambunctious when drinking. I think them and Australians seem to go out the most from what I have observed travelling, and always seem to have the most ridiculous stories. Come to think of it, I've never really associated Americans with being super party at all.

Oh....??
I know where I belong then, lol
Where are these sexy Brits
who enjoy pubs as much as I do??
I never liked clubs, bars & such,
but a nice laid back pub,
with good company-
Hell yes

Time to get a passport

Nice laid back pub .. Hmm you have your preference and I respect that..

The word laid back tells a lot about how "wild" it is

Pubs are a dying breed in the UK. UK nightlife largely revolves around nightclubs and bars with loud music and flashing lights, as well as getting so drunk that you literally cannot walk without help, vomiting in taxis and getting into fights.

I think this is true, actually now when I think about it. Most Americans are superheroes and destroy NYC all over again, half of the population dress and act like freaks, while the British try to speak in a mic without staggering or ride on a camel in Arabia, and listen to some obscure music like the Beetles or whatever that was.
