Well transsexuals in China just don't flaunt it much, but you certainly can find them if you know where to look.

In regards to the US, San Francisco is probably the single city that is most associated with the 'gay hub' stereotype, and, as for the rest, just start looking at the largest cities that are also liberal and there's your list.

Are you talking about mainland China or Hong Kong/Singapore ? I read that online that most Ladyboys in Singapore and Hong Kong are not ethnically Han Chinese. Most of them are Southeast Asian like Filipinas and Thais.

I too see San Francisco as number one in the USA associated with being a gay hub.
