Oh the dreaded 'G word'. I feel gentrification is unfairly demonised sometimes, although I recognise the negative aspects and don't think people should be pushed out of their neighbourhoods. But sometimes the market has improved some pretty bad areas. I mean like much of lower Manhattan.

There is no doubt that Madrid has become one of the top gay destinations. The gay pride - Orgullo gay - in Madrid is one of the biggest and most popular prides in the world....just AMAZING!!

Spain seems more liberal than the rest of S.Europe, wonder why.
