United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and any other country with high obesity rates.

Some countries that have great cuisines that seem to center around life are countries like India, France, Italy, Spain, Jamaica, Brazil, China, Singapore, Trinidad & Tobago and virtually every other Caribbean nation I'd say and also Greece and possibly Japan...

It would be interesting to compare perceptions with the prevalences of obesity (confounders like body habitus considered).

Latin America, The Gulf States (In like 15 years they got as obese as America, its crazy), the Philippines, and the Southern US.

Anglophones have a somewhat mixed relationship with their cuisine: unlike French or Italians who take pride in theirs, Anglophones enjoy taste many cuisine, that's why in the US or in the UK there is a much wider approach to international cuisine.
That's because those countries are more multicultural too.
