I'd France and Greece as well, about Spain I don't really know.
Anglophones have a somewhat mixed relationship with their cuisine: unlike French or Italians who take pride in theirs, Anglophones enjoy taste many cuisine, that's why in the US or in the UK there is a much wider approach to international cuisine.
