the so called "country of love" France people have a a 1st sexual experience average at 18, 5 years , even worse than the UK with 18, 3 years. I'm not surprised, though.
Obviously countries with large proportions of young people - Philippines, Indonesia, Brazil, India - though this is not always captured in surveys and stats since it is not practiced outwardly. Be careful though. With higher levels of hedonism comes STD.

Much of America is actually sexually repressed many people are brought up to associate casual sex with feelings of guilt.
Maybe they compensate for it by concentrating on acquiring stuff instead. Even the humble single Christian folks I visited in the US were driving big gas-guzzling SUVs.
