Those are both the offical languages of Canada, not foriegn. I think the most widely spoken foreign languages here are South Asian languages, Chinese and Arabic. Spanish is not as widely spoken as it in in the U.S but it is a pretty popular language for people to try and learn.
It's say for non-hispanophones in Canada, Spanish is by far the most common ''third language" (after the other official language that is not theirs) for people to learn.
