My favorites...
South America, don't have a favorite, sway me!
North America, US by default!
Asia, China and Russia
Europe, Italy and Russia
Africa, Ethiopia (I will have a child from ther), and Liberia.
Oceana, hmm, I guess Australia cause it is so inviting, but others are intriguing too!

Africa & Oceana are places that's not high on my list to vist or the least interest to me but to choose I will say South Africa and Australia.

N America: USA of course, my favorite country in the world, hands down! However, Canada is cool too.
S America: Ecuador. I'd like to go to Brazil sometime.
Europe: Italy, it's my second favorite country. I wish I could speak the language. They seem to have so much fun doing it...
Africa: Kenya or Egypt (although I've never been to either)
Asia: South Korea!!! My home away from home. (I also have a strange desire to visit Tehran, Iran)

From a UK point of view where we tend count 5 continents not 7 :
American Continent : The US or Chile
European Continent : France or Italy
Asian Continent: Japan , Bhutan, or Cambodia
African Continent: Morocco or South Africa
Oceanian Continent: New Zealand , Papua New Guinea or New Caledonia
