And I much prefer the Empire State Building in the foreground. It's iconic in a way no new skyscraper in Manhattan can be.

Decent cladding could have made 432 Park Avenue something special.

Kind of, it actually looks sort of cool in some of the renderings of it with the Manhattan Skyline... just a random little stick in the middle of a sea of skyscrapers.

But holy crap the views from that building are amazing.
