In most countries, do naturalized citizens have the same legal rights as born citizens? (appointed, houses)

In the United States, I believe with the exception of not being able to run for president, there are no other differences between a citizen who immigrated and naturalized and one who had been naturally born.
Are there many countries in the world that still treat citizens very differently depending on whether they acquired citizenship through birth or naturalization?
Which countries treat naturalized citizens the exact same way, legally as born citizens, or close to the same (with a few exceptions like not being able to run for president etc.), and which ones don't, if any?
In Brazil, there are some public functions which are exclusive to Brazilian-born citizens: President of the Republic, President of the two houses of the Parliament, Ministre of the Defence, Ministre of the Supreme Court, Official of the Army, Navy and Air Force, and those working as diplomat.
A naturalised Brazilian can, however, be governour of any state and ministre of all other affairs which don't include law and foreign relations.
Yup, here they have the same rights and duties. They can become President or Chancellor, but also have to serve in the army. Actually, we already had a couple of Presidents/Chancellors born abroad.
Actually I have no idea because the immigration law of Taiwan is extremely strict so I've barely heard of anyone "successfully" naturalized.Well there are some,just very few.
They have exactly the same duties and rights. They also can run for the presidency like Eva Joly did.
Manuel Valls, the actual Prime minister of France was born in Spain, he was naturalized at the age of 20.
He is a likely candidate for the next presidency.
No idea about nowadays but some years ago naturalized citizens had even more rights than born citizens in Spain. Priority to public services, discounts, etc...
Canada, Australia and NZ have/had overseas born governor-generals and prime ministers.
In fact, a Vietnamese boat person is about to be appointed a state governor in Australia!!!
