Moscow
Mumbai
Kuala Lumpur

and maybe Alpha- cities?

Johannesburg
Buenos Aires
Miami
Atlanta
San Francisco
Washington D.C.
Boston
Dublin
Stockholm
Warsaw
Prague
Munich
Vienna
Zurich
Barcelona
Istanbul
New Delhi
Seoul
Taipei
Bangkok

NYC...
Particularly Brooklyn...
Why do Eastern Parkway and Flatbush Ave have trash bags all over the sidewalks at all times of day, everyday?

London is actually very clean.. I also heard that NYC is very clean from what I have heard. Chinese cities often have high pollution although I am not sure.

Paris was not very dirty when I have been.. but certainly could have been cleaner
