Hello everyone!

Do you have any comments regarding studies in London or Los Angeles? I have offers for both cities and I just cannot make up my mind cause both cities are amazing!! Which city would you recommend as more student-exciting??

Thank you all!

If you're an American citizen, I think you should choose London. I would have loved to have gone to school in London.

It depends on where you are and what places you've already been to.

The amazing thing about London is that it puts all of Europe at your feet - flights are incredibly cheap and quick, with just about any major city in Europe being less than a 2 - 3 hour flight away. You can be in Paris one weekend, Berlin the next, Prague the week after that.

LA makes Central and South America more accessible (along with all of California and it's surrounding areas of course), but going to Central/South America is a bit more expensive and time consuming than, say, going from London -> Paris.

Think beyond school - which city has bigger professional field for your area of study, and more job/internship opportunities? Unfortunately, fun shouldn't be your deciding factor.

Depends on what you will be studying. My son went to London to do Physics he really enjoyed it but he is now back here as there are more business opportunities in his field. London is very financial services biased.

I would say go to London or Paris if you have the chance. You'll get burned out living in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is one of the most degrading, dirty and racist counties to live in with a lot of ignorant people (with and without educational degrees) that you'll ever come across. Expand your Horizons and study overseas you'll be happy you did. The USA is a war-zone with a bankrupt government.

First, why are you posting in bold and purple?
Second, other than just a rant, do you have something to back your claim up?

You can't possibly expect him/her to back up the claim that "the USA is a war-zone with a bankrupt government".

Where are you from? That would be key.

I'd say London. It is much more bustling, vibrant and stimulating than LA. I just came back from London UK and the crowds and things to do were mind-boggling!
