canadian cities are largely suburban, very car centric

toronto is very suburban!! montreal not as much but toronto is really suburbs

While public transit is very good in Montreal and Toronto i'd say the majority of people live in the suburbs and use their cars to get around.

yeah but the inner city is the classical inner city in north america (dense but full of offices and people who after hours go back to their suburbias)

montreal is much more urban in a European way.

44% of Finns live in apartments, so Québec is the only on that comes even close. 14% live in rowhouses.

Couldn't find it.

67% own or are in the process of owning (debt) their dwelling. But this is all types of housing. But owning a flat is very common in fact.
