Agreed. You would be hard pressed to find a single White chef or culinarian. I can't even think of a single notable cuisine from a European country!
To be honest with you I do find European cuisines to be very bland in general the only ones that I could live off 24/7 is Italian food ahem with more seasoning.

I usually don't like to partake in stereotyping
races or nationality because I believe we need to elevate ourselves above
simple-minded topics like these but I can't help but find alot of these
stereotypes to be somewhat true. I am of afro-carribbean descent and music,
dancing, and singing is in my blood. I don't know how or why alot of black
people know how to sing and dance and run but alot of us do. I've noticed
hispanics in are very loud and expressive spirited people. They also love to
dance. I've noticed that not too many whites have rhythm and can dance. And yes,
they have an obsession with animals. I will never understand that. I've noticed
asian people are very reserved and submissive. I could go on forever but some of
these stereotypes seem to have a common truth.
I've noticed that many black people don't particularly care for animals. I will never understand THAT!

- Right, but our fins are less serious than the Swedes' fins
- No, we are not
- Well, once in a while, yes
- No

- P London is way too hooked up on this fin-thing, when I just once (or maybe twice) corrected that our people are Finns, while the fish's steering mechanism are fins.
edit: I also started to wonder why so many Finns (or Fins) have a special love for Spaniards, despite being on the opposite ends of Europe and having such a different culture? Is it that both cultures in interaction are just so genuine and it appeals to each other, like a "come as you are" style of thing. No pretending, no theatre, you just are. And I've noticed that as well. Spanish people are generally really easy to get into the same wavelength with.

That's probably one of the most accurate vision of Italy I ever saw.
And no, I am not ironic.

well it's true: both countries have mafia , people look similar, both love football (though italian football is about 10000 times better than bulgarian), similar climate + earthquakes, another curious fact: when the huns invaded the roman empire in the late 4th AC, most of them settled in hungary, bulgaria and of course the Roman empire (Italy), hence another similarity.
