Human mind is incredible, and shows gifts, and talents to all of universal existence. There is a potential high level of understanding, and ability to benefit all of society anywhere.

There is noticeable, prominent areas of the World more intellectual than other locations. There is usually a correlation between more intellectual, bright, smart people in areas of countries, and more peace, lower level of corruption, and higher economic wealth.

All people have to respect Intellectual, and bright, smart thinking in everyday life. Intellect is about mind, rational thinking, logic, reason, understanding, judgment, IQ, brainpower, high level thought, wisdom, and personal expression to all areas of life.

Brightest, Smartest, Very Intellectual Regions of Countries might include France, Norway, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, UAE, Netherlands, Hong Kong China, Shanghai China, Singapore, Taipei, San Francisco Bay Area California, Paris, Geneva, Seoul, Prague, Vienna, and Amsterdam.

East Asia, the worlds highest average IQs - Hong Kong (107) South Korea (106), China (105), Japan (105), Taiwan (104), - and an outlet in Singapore (103), form the world's top 6 - combined population 1.236 billion.

Depends on your definition of "intellectual"- some people say San Francisco is an "intellectual" place but I see it more as the center of "pseudo-intellectualism" in the USA.

A bunch of San Francisco "intellectuals" tried to ban guns in the city in 2005-after all the public money spent on this foolishness, the Supreme Court found this whole thing unconstitutional No ****?

Some people say Harvard is the center of intellectualism in the USA- I know people who spent over 200K going there and they are totally unable to think for themselves- people who basically just regurgitate the same Marxist BS they heard from their professors like good useful idiots.
