Great stadium, but why do malls in America have such ugly designs? And the interiors always look so cramped

Metro Manila has bunch of highrise and skyscrapers under construction (more than 200) of office buildings and residential. This is one of the cities with the huge backlog of housing even for middle class people. Offices mainly to cater the growing demand of BPO industry which is now catching up with Mumbai.

Also, Manila Bay is now being poised to become the next Entertainment and Gaming hub of Asia with 6 massive integrated casinos ongoing construction with cost above $10B in total.

We have only about a 100,000 shopping centers, you would have to be more specific.

That mall i showed you is just straight up butt ugly, the entrance was pretty bleak and boring.

I believe Bangkok Thailand, Hanoi Vietnam, Shanghai China, almost any major Chinese City, Seoul South Korea, Taipei Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Dubai UAE, Jakarta Indonesia, Manila Philippines, Santiago Chile, Amsterdam Netherlands, Paris France, London UK, Berlin Germany, Moscow Russia, Astana Kazakhstan, Baku Azerbaijan, Mumbai India, Singapore, and Brisbane Australia all have a ton more massive infrastructure projects currently going on compared to where I live right now.

However, there is an adequate amount of Architecture Urban Planning projects happening in NYC right now. 42 Star Projects Transforming Architecture in New York City - Starchitecture Heatmap - Curbed NY I don't understand why all of those projects visually look ultra modern, and no trace of any renaissance in historical classical buildings.

There is at least momentum in NYC’s Architecture Urban Planning scene, and nothing too sterile getting built. Seattle’s scene is devastatingly stagnant, and only terrible, hideous condo buildings getting built in current, and future projects. Those are some of the ugliest, most sterile building construction projects anyone has ever encountered.

I am moving to San Francisco area soon, and I am optimistic about San Francisco region’s architecture, and urban planning projects in a bright future. I hope maybe even better than NYC’s current phase of infrastructure projects.

Mostly office/Appartement buildings in Brisbane, what will be three tallest buildings in the city are currently under construction.

300 George Street, Brisbane - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Brisbane Skytower - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1_William_Street,_Brisbane

Once 1 William Street is finished, will get a casino/entertainment complex, which I will assume would be a bit like the current crown complex's in Melbourne or Perth.

https://brisbanedevelopment.com/crow...illion-vision/

Another road tunnel is just about to be open.

Legacy Way - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

and after years of negotiating we are finally starting to see some commencement work done on what will be the cities first underground rail and bus stations.
