You forgot North Korea and even Syria. They are de facto hereditary kingdoms, with even the third generation "king" of the Kim Il Sung dynasty in North Korea !

Egypt was shaping up similarly before the Arab Spring as well, i think presidency was already promised to Gamal Mubarak and the same would have been probably been true in Libya
