Don't know about Dawkins, other than the name.

Better education really is important.
Oh the irony.

Some may be surprised by my choice, but what I think this world needs more of is more Richard Dawkins

The amount of parodic humour there is of this guy on the net is an entertainment industry in itself.

1. No Gravity
2. No Electromagnetism
3. No Interaction

just kidding, my three selfish wishes are these:

1. Germany's climate becomes my dream climate
2. Excellent public transport everywhere
3. Something special happens in soccer, like Bayern and Wolfsburg relegated to 2. Bundesliga

Cannot unsee Eugenie C Scott in a bikini.

As for my choices, I'm carving out my own ideal world in my current game of Hearts of Iron 3.

Italian global dictatorship under my rule.
UK has been conquered and a collaboration government installed after their entire coalition force gets encircled and defeated at Antwerp.
Soviet Union has surrendered and all land west of the Urals has been annexed into my Empire.
USA has been conquered and a puppet government installed (the might of the U.S. nation is defeated by little more than an amphibious landing of 5 mechanized corps - pretty pathetic).
