FINAL ROUND!

What World city, which has a name beginning with the letter "N," is the greatest?

Please take into consideration: uniqueness of culture (food, creative arts, architecture, etc.), aesthetic beauty (architectural & natural), historical significance, buzz/pulse (that feeling of "life" you get when you know you're somewhere special), nightlife, modern relevance (not a Disney-like parody of its former self) and name recognition.

1. Nairobi - sexy black girls, lions, palms.
2. Napoli - just 'cause they speak italian(language related to latin) other than that it seems 'metrosexual' to me (i mean no offense...).
3. new orleans - since I've no idea what this place is like I put it just one step ahead of NYC.
4. NYC - one of the most overrated pieces of land in the universe. Colder than Moskva and full of ugly buildings.

Buildings: If you like skyscrapers (I don't) visit dubai (i've lived there). The ones in NYC seem old.
The only beautiful thing there seems their christmas tree around christmas.

I admit: never been there but during my travels I've convinced myself that internet gives pretty accurate information on what to expect when you arrive. I've never been really surprised by a city.

It's actually been a particularly terrible February in New York.

You can sympathize with what the Wehrmacht's Sixth Army had to suffer in Winter of 1942.

Coming to northern Europe after that is a positively balmy experience.

One good thing about extreme weather, though, is it keeps the rat population under control.
