I love Seattle but it doesn't quite have the laid back feeling of Vancouver and I think Vancouver's setting is even more stunning, so I'll pick Vancouver !
Seattle is pretty darn nice though.

Seattle's skyine is much more dramatic if it has Mount Rainier in the background, but Vancouver is overall cleaner. Both cities are stunning though.

Been to both dozens of times. As far as I'm concerned, Vancouver, British Columbia is the premier city on the West Coast of North America. I think it even eclipses San Francisco.

Both have great qualities, but in my opinion, Vancouver, by far. Seattle may have more character, especially in the residential neighborhoods, but Vancouver is much cleaner and trendier.

Both cities are very similar in many ways and to me it's very hard to choose between the two of them. Having said that I don't think that the picture of Seattle is a very good picture to use to compare the two cities.
