That's hard! I guess Cebu City simply because it's closer to the Far East and is a paradise in terms of beaches and maybe nightlife too

I know about nothing of both but I'd say Corboba, Spain since it's in Europe and Andalusia in general has a special charm about it.

Buenos Aires. Smaller, less chaotic, and more architecturally appealing to me. And Argentina is a beautiful Country.

those are 2 very different places. I will choose Cairns due to it is tropical and has great access to the great barrier reef.
