If you were given one wish granting you the right to change a favorite city of your choice in one specific way, what would you choose?
Rules:
1. The wish must have nothing to do with yourself, your status or position in said city, or that of close friends, family or associates, such as: "I want to be crowned King of Chicago."
2. To keep things civil, the wish must not be based around polemical criticism or disparaging of specific ethnicities, cultures or world views. Political discourse should be redirected to the PaOC forums.
3. Be creative and descriptive, wherever possible.

Reason: Amendment to rules
Total ban on dogs except guide dogs from cities like Paris, all streets, public parks, public spaces ... This by itself would make Paris a hundred times more attractive to me.
I will choose all the cities of Florida. They are sprawling and filled with cars and horrible traffic. I would ban all the ugly Billboards. I would make it a plan to begin limiting cars within the city centers and make them more walkable, with adequate transit options. Billboards advertising everything from car dealers to tourist places. I think those signs are just about as ugly, and unappealing as anything could be. I would ban all of this, and make these Florida cities, places to walk and ride a bike with beautiful streets and parks. I think the success that once made Florida the place to go, is quickly destroying it. It really is overrun with cars, and no other way to get from point A to B.
London should do away with its archaic line of sight regulations, protected viewing corridors and height restrictions and be unafraid of building supertalls. Really, what is the desperate need for people on Hampstead Heath to be able to see the dome of St Paul's?
I would wish Tokyo would have a more international mix of people, with the global interconnections of London, a common pre-Millennial North American culture, and English as the common language. Then it would probably be the greatest city in the world.

Japan today is overloaded with older people, and has the highest aged population in the world. Very few Japanese are reproducing, and immigration may be the only solution left to bring in more young people and prevent economic collapse -- whether Japan likes it or not. Otherwise it will be just a nation of nursing home residents, served and waited-on by robot machines.
