If two men, or two women, live together in the same house and sleep in the same bed, the government may not legally recognize that as a "civil union", but at last leave them alone, and don't arrest them for living together and sleeping in the same bed. It's their private life, the government has nothing to do with that.
What if a man or woman inhales cocaine in his/her house? It is his/her private life after all.
Tunisia has no laws punishing apostasy from Islam, but I never included Tunisia in the list of countries with no laws against gays.
Tunisia, just like INDIA (Hinduism) and JAMAICA (Christian), does have laws punishing gays for their private sexual activity.
That doesn't change the fact that Albania, Turkey, Mali and others don't have such laws.
I don't care if you included Tunisia in your list or not, somebody on here mentioned it for being quite 'moderate' or something like that. Can't be arsed to go through this thread to double check who said what. Nail me to Christ the Redeemer if I'm wrong.

So you are equating two men in love with cocaine? What a poor and stupid analogy.
Nice try to avoid the question. So you can't answer it, can you?
That's fine. I can't answer most, if not all, questions anyways.
