Funniest People in the World
I have to say people from the UK. I mean come on! They are the biggest smart***es in the world! Simon Cowell and the British guy on the Celebrity Apprentice (dang, can't think of the name right now), to name a couple. They can come up with a comeback for anything and just make you look and feel like a complete idiot. lol I love it!

That guy's name is Piers something. A lot of younger people from Muslim countries I have met are pretty funny.

Ah, yeah...
I put Saudi Arabia down because I picture it as the center of Arabian/Muslim culture. Didn't want to list all of them. Too late at night for that.

Italians are renown for being the loudest most obnoxious people in the world and I love 'em!

I'm pretty much 100% Italian and I'm loud and obnoxious at sports games. But Irish people have to win this one. They are the definition of loud and obnoxious. Maybe it's the beer! And they know how to make it funny. Either the accent or the statement... But usually both together. People from the UK are just simply hilarious and make the most ridiculous things sound funny.

well each nationality has their own sense of humor-style. I do agree the British have a great way with words & can be sharp-tongued in humorous situations- thus, I also enjoy Simon Cowell's unexpected remarks & Pierce on Celebrity Apprentice, with his linguistic abilities & antics. I don't like too many British shows but I remember seeing "Keeping Up With Appearances" & it was great!
Americans are just in-your-face & obnoxious when they try to be funny. Although Omarosa on Apprentice is funny when she doesn't mean to be. Within Americans, I vote Southerners for their sense of humor in that they have quick wit & engrained gregariousness.

I hung out with a lot of people from India and Pakistan in college. TOTAL goofballs, fun to hang out with, etc.
I don't mean everyone from there is a "goofball" in the "don't take us seriously" sense, but something about the sense of humor from that part of the world I seem to "get" for some reason, or so they told me.

Well, then I guess I must be pretty funny because I'm a Southerner and part Irish.
Us Southerners have an unusual sense of humor, we find humor in some of the most unusual places and I think you'll find that a lot of Southerners are also of Irish descent, maybe that's why we have such an unusual sense of humor.
