What would your perfect country be like? (apartment, crime rate)

My perfect country would have:

The nature of Austria such as the Alps and the Danube but with a seacoast like the Algarve in Portugal with a city like Rio in Brazil.
The old towns and castles of the Czech Republic mixed with those of France.
The capital would look like Budapest in Hungary mixed with the old parts of Athens and Lisbon with the mild climate of Gibraltar.
The music style would be Samba and other Brazilian styles.
The food would be a mix of East Asian, Mexican and Indian.
French wine and Czech beer.
Joi de vivre will be like all of Latin America.
The women would be like 33.33% Slavic, 33.33% Latin American and 33.33% Scandinavian.
The security would be like Switzerland.
The wealth like Monaco or Dubai.
The malls like in Dubai or USA.
Safety and social services would be like in Scandinavia (I'm into blue-eyed, tall women).
New residential buildings will be like those in Dubai and... Sofia, Bulgaria!
One major city would look like Melbourne, the other like NY but in its glory days in the 30s-50s with the neon lights.
The size, connection to traditon and nature, and big stars on the sky like an African country.

Affordable dirt cheap(Even when people get paid well), Extremely High Percentage Of Nice Quiet Residential Houses, Still Tons of Urbanity Architecture, A lot of Cafes that offer Wireless Internet/Bars/Restaurants/Nightlife(Including with Chandeliers), Convenience, Lots Of Regions, Major Cities, Towns, Probably Medium To Large Geographic Country Rather Than Small, Hm, Don't Always Need A Skyline, But Sure Not Minding Quite Often or at least Once in a while/Equal Preference, Outside of Geographically Isolated, In Asia, Middle East, or Europe, Endless Asian foods/Asian Coffee's/Tea's/Sweets, Nargile Smoke Lounges/Middle East cuisine, OR Europe Foods like Pasta, Pizza, Meats, Breakfast, AND OF COURSE: Stuffed Cabbage, Risotto, Quiche, Crepes, Soups highly depending on Continent/exact Location/Geographic Coordinate, Very Unique Countries Completely Separate From Each Other, Multicultural, but the country offers rules/a setup to not really go overboard with the Variety, Tech Savvy/Digital/Computers, If possible, 4 seasons! Life isn't always about Climate.

South Korea!, UAE, Malaysia, Romania, Qatar, Austria, Turkey, Poland, Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Spain fit the bill absolute best out of 27 countries that I visited for what I want. 13 top rank ones. Costa Rica is the only one that isn't Qualifying. So, 26 out of 27 can be called perfect countries already on this World.

My perfect country would incorporate all of the best elements from the US, Canada, Australia and Brazil.

I'd like something like Hawaii in terms of a hot spot archipelago in the tropics or subtropics that's not very prone to natural disasters. Maybe something like a hot spot archipelago between Madagascar and Australia

- Larger than Hawaii overall in land area with even more islands including some of non hot spot origins like atolls

- Archipelago has a fairly long north-south axis to dip into more climate variations

- Higher and larger highlands so there are parts that are sizable parts that are basically in eternal spring and eternal winter

- Lots of neat endemic plants and animals that aren't destroyed and especially some tasty native plants and a large, friendly, intelligent, sociable and ride-able bipedal flightless bird

- Lots of hot springs (but not terrifying volcanic activity) that are good for recreation and power

- More recently inhabited and from a very diverse set of peoples with a founder population that is moral but not moralistic with no wild food and drink restrictions

- Somehow along a major modern shipping route and major underwater network cables

- Fairly large city or cities that are densely built so there's a lot of (mostly) preserved land and with the largest maybe set up mostly on leeward side of the taller, larger islands so it's relatively dry

- Have a good amount of late 19th century / early 20th century architecture especially Art Deco

- Was a good mensch during the 20th century wars and took in temporarily and with some settling but lots of good feels refugees from all over in this time of warfare including a lot of skilled refugees

- Economy based on knowledge economy, tech, research, higher education, space industry and launches, media, shipping, logistics, fishing, aquaculture, and tourism

Oh, Wow! Didn't even remember to have up ubiquitous form of Public transportation coverage throughout. Subways, Trains, Buses, Rapid Transit often above the ground beginning to final. Not so much if ever underground. Vast extremely long length amount of Stops/Stations. Seoul South Korea 1 Train line for one example. Or Kuala Lumpur Malaysia's own LRT KJL Laluan Kelana Jaya 5 from Gombak to Putra Heights. Close to that cheap for both, but make the Ticket price less than $1 USD. Even with a high wage country.

Yeah, crime rate still matters. Has to stay low to zero. No home break in's! Whoever that is, just please leave my house alone! Don't want to end up just living in an apartment building complex. Want high density architecture for the perfect country. Although, just for visiting. While staying in a rather low density neighborhood.

South Korea before Singapore for me just because of that reason. The extra loud disruptive air conditioner noise still isn't going away in the Persian Gulf or deep into the Tropics. If I had to pick only 1 Country, that actually MIGHT BE South Korea. Just good enough to count as separate. Even just enough non-boxy High Rises in the cityscape/Skyline, and there are Europe buildings over there.

Although, Singapore is of course one of the best ones, and quite utopia like with what the area offers.

What about Hong Kong, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Switzerland, Austria?
