Death Valley. It's not at all hard to get into and out of, unlike Antarctica. You can make it a day trip.

And in the winter, the weather is downright pleasant. Is Vostok Station ever pleasant?

I have been to Death Valley. It was around 50°C that day. Vostok Station seems more interesting due to its location, but I would not like to stay there for more than 2-3 days.

Vostok Station.
At least, if I die there, there will be some chance for resurrection in a given time in the future, when the Medicine will be developed enough for this, since by body will be frozen. In the Death Valley, I would instead boil.

Well, Death Valley would be easier to visit since it's only a 2-hour drive from Las Vegas.

I've been to Death Valley, so knock that off the list. Vostok Station might be interesting? I'm not sure...

Already have been to Death Valley but would go back. Much less isolated, easier to get to and closer to places I would have fun in.

I woul visit both, but if restricted to one, Vostok station.

I already live in a desert in the American Soutwest, albeit very different, relatively speaking, from the Mohave.

Antarctica is en entirely different part of the globe.
