I saw a road-rage fist fight in Amsterdam, something I've never seen here. So the Netherlands must be like Russia then, as road-rage is common there.

How do you know they were ethnic Dutch? Amsterdam is full of foreigners.

Road rage fights happen all over the world but its not common in the Netherlands so you was lucky you got some free entertainment.

For "safety and health concerns", an average tourist can only visit places with comfortable hotels, continental buffets, shopping options, museums ... however, most places in the world aren't accommodated to the tourist level of amenities, and thus are off limit.

I wouldn't call somebody getting hold to the ground by 2 persons while the 3rd person takes all the money out of somebody's wallet "free entertainment".
