It is hard to believe that the Slavs who moved to Bulgaria passed through the territory of modern day Romania without being affected it in any way. But maybe that is really the case, I don't know.

It's an easy case with Romania since their language has almost no slavic influence but with Bulgaria recently I found out that I've been fooled this whole time ...that is: I really thought our languag is Slavic, except even this isn't slavic - 30% is slavic - the remainer is Bulgar and a little Latin, add to that the 18% DNA and Russia and the west will have to draw a new map after 1989, again.
