Too different from each other in many ways.
As is the case with many of the pairs here. This is still hypothetical right?

Some form of Kurdistan is an inevitability whether it unites different countries similar ethnic groups is a big question

Syria hopefully will have negotiations and new nations, hopefully with new administration in the US and maybe next year all over the west, and we will have talks and peace

Balkans and Baltic states could definitely see changes and new nations with a rapidly changing nato

In the formerly NATO/ EU/ dominated west we could see Scotland and Catalonia form something different . I think the french elections may change things EU wise for sure

Two countries can share language and religion and still be worlds apart but whatever, this topic wasn't supposed to be that serious so as you wish.

There's no way Panama and Colombia would get together, they had major conflict and separated from each other. They each have too much national pride now to join for anything.

Same goes for Mexico and Guatemala, that would never happen, there was conflict before. The state of Chiapas in Mexico used to be a part of Guatemala.

We constantly talk about them like they are one country anyway. Their flags look the same already.
Just because you are too lazy to learn the difference.
Also, we have already been in several unions before.
And its spelled Scandinavia, which Finland is not a part of.
