Best: Italy and France

The Italians are by far the best dressers. Their outfits are generally very artistically put together (silhouette, textures, colors, quality, accessories, etc.), and they wear them well.

The French dress well too--but not as well as the Italians.

Hmm, somewhat contradicts Ethereal's list, maybe that really was just a random list of countries based on their own personal prejudices.

Another one of these silly lists where we try to place objective truths to what is entirely subjective matter.

One of the longest running stereotypes I've run into is the notion that Europeans are the best dressed, yet when they come to Australia they will dress in a very casual manner, with most wearing t-shirts, shorts, sneakers or flip flops in summer.
The same applies to Southeast Asia.

You should see what the women are wearing under those burqas. You'd be surprised.

Persian (Iranian) women are also beyond obsessed with fashion.

Best USA....I like the USA but best dressed they are not.

I was just in the US on tuesday and shopping at Walmart and Big K,
most shoppers were dressed worse than me, and that's saying something

Maybe on Rodeo Dr in Beverly Hills or The Hamptons but not at Walmart in Buffalo
