Constantinople by a million miles. Its history alone makes it the clear winner.

I know it's growing through rough period at the moment where people are calling it "Istanbul", but when we retake during the crusade, we will restore its glory days!

lol, "we", are you an Ancient Roman?

Istanbul probably has the highest measure of "greatness" due to it's history and geographic importance.

I've been to two of them, well grew up in one lol. In terms of history Moscow is significantly better than Buenos Aires, BA's history is mostly limited to the past 150 years, whereas Moscow's history extends to like 900 years. Moscow has a much more recognizable image too. I think Rio de Janeiro would be a better competitor for Moscow

As a person used to western freedom, and a western way of life I pick Buenos Aires.

Moscow it's interesting to discover Russian history and Istanbul must be quite cool to see, but they are very different from what I am used to.

I have lived in New York, Paris. So Buenos aires is the closest thing out of the list.
