2. Australia 1,3
3. Indonesia 0,9

Australia is a bigger power than Brazil. Until most of your population is out of poverty they figures mean little.

Australia, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda (emerging), Indonesia have the most influence I think.

like 80% of Colombia is northern hemisphere and 99% of the country's population lives north of the Equator. Most of Uganda too, I think.

Well there are no major powers in the Southern hemisphere, but there are Middle Powers like Australia, Indonesia, Brazil, Argentina and South Africa.
