Specialize on technology matters. Airplanes, Cars, Computers, Internet, Architecture Building Standards, Websites, Ecological Friendly Sustainability, Science Knowledge, and Entire National Developing Infrastructure.

Romania’s version of these relevant multiple personality phenomenon switching instances is possessing one of the highest aptitude best public Wireless Internet networks on this entire Planet. Minimal In The Top 20 Countries Sphere, and around 10th rank. Independent Cafes are better than average compared to tons of other sovereignty republics, and people always have fast reliable Internet speeds. Top 20 countries for best public WiFi in 2015

Yet on the opposing spectrum, the Airplanes Romania make aren’t even close to the grandeur of those public World Wide Web Wifi networks of the Computers they create. Tarom isn’t even serving over the Atlantic Ocean flights anymore, and not quite sturdy enough compared to my favorite airline companies.
Second example is mainland China encompassing endless professional successful talent around the Architecture, and Lenovo made Laptop Computers. Although, the Chinese origin cars are quite lacking with the fossil fuel heavy oil runoff, and factory pollution in only some far Northeastern Chinese cities.

Finally, there is even Japan having various strengths versus relative dilemmas. Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars are the epitome of the ecological standard. No other nation makes cars like them. (Toyota, Honda, Nissan): https://www.scientificamerican.com/a...fueled-future/ Revolutionary innovative actions. Reversal of the technological fortune, the ATM Machines are quite rare around Japan for credit card usage.

Welcome to Southeast Asia! While Singapore is on top of the technological infrastructure realm around everything imaginable, these other relative neighbors: Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam are rather highly sufficient enough. Vast extreme variety to what is going on around to Laos, Cambodia. On the contrary, the Telecommunications Wireless resources are not even close to the level of those earlier reference nations in the surroundings entire region.

http://www.itu.int/ITU-D/ict/doi/images/doi_map.jpg

Singapore is even more tech savvy to these matters than almost anywhere in all of mainland Europe according to the map. Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam are around Central To Eastern Europe. Can you believe Laos, and Cambodia are the opposite that far out to only the worst of Sub Saharan Africa or the bottom barrel rank!? Is anyone understanding why they are not equal to the infinitely more modern counterparts of Southeast Asia(Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam)? Probably the destitution ending up the main culprit, and something more rustic traditional oriented towards the culture for Laos, Cambodia. Thus, a severe lack of technological company presence to align the correct ground work around entire national society.

Approximately 82.5% of Singaporeans frequently use the Internet Of Computers everyday. Malaysia 68.6% near 70%, Vietnam 52%, Thailand 42.7%. Wow, only near 10% for Cambodia, 15.7% Laos on the opposite end of the Global scale within Southeast Asia hierarchical representation from high to low. Internet Users by Country (2016) - Internet Live Stats

Incredible fact there areas of Southeast Asia this progressive, yet zones that are that backwards adjacent to the modern areas.

Final map move key highlight: Slightly different information, yet following the same pattern: Global Internet Maps

One thing that seems paradoxical to me that in poor countries, fresh fruit and vegetables are cheap and eaten by poor people where as meat are expensive, only afforded by the rich. In rich countries, especially USA, the poor can only afford meat but not fresh vegetables and fruits.

Any sound remarks on the technological reality of a specific region? There is a massive discrepancy between the various North: Lombardia, Piemonte, Emilia-Romagna, Central: Tuscany, Lazio, Umbria and South of Italy: Campania, Sicily, Calabria. Usually towards the scale of extreme modern or traditional. More computer abundant or a lack of these resources. Knowledge of Science to ultra futuristic levels or back to the stone age. Varying amount of total Internet usage. Awareness of ecological friendly cars or not even remembering there are Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicles around.

Malaysia makes pretty trendy Proton company automobile machines. Yet maybe there are issues to blame for the airplanes. On the reversing technological fortune roulette zone, the USA is not really creating those ecological sustainable fuel efficiency cars compared to how Japan is, yet we make equally top notch sophistication airplanes compared to France. (Boeing versus Airbus)

Outside of Germany, is anywhere else in all of Europe really making highly efficient cars? While France is very progressive on the Airplane assemblage matters(Airbus), and starting up our Planet Earth computer networks with a combination of other countries, are there any significant vehicle companies in the works?

Israel is establishing highly legitimate Website resource platforms, Technological Software, and Science Research. Yet their technological security is quite low, International Diplomatic relations way too volatile, and their motor driven cars are quite mysterious.

The Persian Gulf, and Azerbaijan are depending way too much on nonrenewable fossil fuel driving. Not enough attention towards Chemical Engineering alternatives of Hydrogen Fuel Cells or Beach/Desert sands to create another type of Oil. However, their Architecture is very Space Age Dreamy, or a unique treasure to always embrace, following the highest standards out there. Having up Buildings is a Technology too of the divine power.

ATMs are commonly found at 7/11 stores in Tokyo, and 7/11 stores are on almost every other street corner... so... not so unusual. They just shut down for the night. It is peculiar that Japan still uses cash currency so routinely, when many other countries have made the move to largely electric payments such as with Debit cards.

To answer the original question, I'd suggest many Caribbean countries would be good examples. State-of-the-art modern conveniences on expensive resorts if you're a tourist, but step outside the resort, and you are in another world, or even another era. Strange, unfortunate difference, especially on smaller islands where it seems that more of the wealth would be spread around locally.

Conveniently uplifting news Japan is fixing these issues of smooth flow between money sending actions. Are other mainland Asian nations similar to this background story? Quite technologically more mixed up than what we think of Japan. Identical to the scientifically innovative ecological efficient Hydrogen Fuel Cell Cars that Japan create. Maybe because out of lack with those nonrenewable resources at the islands of Japan. Forced to make those types of vehicles.

There is a separate independent correlation usually between countries ending up successfully forward thinking with airplanes, cars, computers, Internet transcending onto Credit Debit Card Usage. Japan is probably a rare exception to these intricate combinations of tech savvy. To not use those Cards more often.

“16. No cards please, we're Japanese"

"For such high tech nation, Japan still uses the good old cash. From the economy's perspective, using cash is obviously much better, but it's also more inconvenient for the person carrying the money. However, since Japan is the safest nation on the planet, carrying lots of yen in your pocket means no harm will come to you. When I tried to buy something of high value in Japan, I wanted to pay with my visa card. It turns out, the merchant didn't even know how to use the card machine and offered me a staggering 15% discount for the inconvenience, if I pay with cash instead.”

The Gulf is really technically advanced, but yet it's very retrograded when it comes to human rights (mistreatment of foreign workers, gays and women).

I am not sure if hydrogen cars will succeed at all. Daimler (Mercedes) has now abandoned hydrogen car development. The French, Brits and Italians have a lot of technological know-how, and are at the forefront in developing performance cars and race cars (F1).

New York is one of the richest cities in the world, but the LaGuardia airport seem like something you'd expect to find in Djibouti
