There are 7.5 billion people in the world and only 1.2 billion live in developed countries; making middle income countries a more realistic average of the world in which we live in.
Which of these relatively large, populated middle income countries would you prefer to live in if relocation was a requirement, say 5-10 years minimum?
Out of the five on the list, the only ones I'd consider are Colombia and Indonesia. I'm still on the fence about South Africa. I would consider visiting Egypt and Ukraine, but that's about it.
Egypt (though after visit to Israel I can no longer go there...).
Ukraine is more overrated than Mila Kunis + Ukraine/Columbia are places where "creep white rednecks" from America go to find "traditional christian prostitutes" .

I was under the impression that Egypt has an open border with Israel. I don't think they bar travel if you have an Israeli stamp in your passport.
