Posted prices in many countries already include the sales tax.
If you convert local prices to other currencies, they depend on the current exchange rate.
The more important question should be: what is the true cost of the iPhone X, based on what you actually earn.

In India it cost almost 1000% of their monthly wages, in Russia ~235%, Germany 36%, and the Switzerland about 17%.
HOWEVER: the US average monthly income is listed as ~$5000 (~$72,000) which is a household income. Average individual income is ~$3,875 (~46,500), so the % are a great bit off.
