So i reside in Brazil now and since i've been living here i discovered that Paraguay is the place to go for cheap electronics, booze, cigarets and whatnot. It reminds me of Andorra where people flock to buy cheap goods...So what are some other places around the world that have become famous for shopping

That's not entirely true since nearby Paraguay is way cheaper

Russians come to Finland to shop more expensive and better quality products.

Finns used to go to Estonia for cheap booze, but now when they raised alcohol prices Riga seems to be the new destination.

Northern Norwegians come to Northern Finland for cheaper booze. I think petrol is also cheaper.
