The capital Bogota is the most out of place relative to the typical world view of Colombia. Cold, rainy, cloudy with industrial brick architecture, prone to fog and even icy conditions a few times.

Subic - Former US Naval Base, no slums inside it, clean and without any litter, organised, not overly densely populated, and people ALL follow the traffic rules cuz if they don't there is NO WAY IN HELL they can bribe the traffic cops there!
