Let's compare things like:
Climate
Cost of Living
Crime
Economy
Cultural Activities
Public Transit
The upside to all these cities is warm temperatures and humidity all year round, with little change in season.

If cost of living and monthly wage income are an issue, then OP probably shouldn't be asking the question. In terms of cash purchase of prime real estate, I believe that Miami is still a bargain.

If you are a victim of crime, the crime rate is 100%; if you are not a victim of crime, the crime rate is 0%.

I believe that Singapore is a major international trade and financial center. Miami is a regional center.

Very few US cities score high in terms of public transportation, and Miami and Honolulu are certainly not one of them.

Personally I think Miami has the highest quality of living, though I understand why people would choose Honolulu. I have never heard anyone rave positively about Singapore, but there must be some.

I'd go with Singapore. The climate takes some getting used to, but it's clean, safe and orderly.

It's not something to rave about, but Miami and Honolulu have never appealed to me.

Let's compare things like:
Climate: Honolulu, some of the best weather in the world. Miami and Singapore have pretty miserable summers.

Cost of Living: Miami, but if one is in Singapore you are probably well off and can afford it. Honolulu at the bottom

Crime: Singapore is hands down safest. One of the safest cities in the world.

Economy: Singapore. Miami has a good economy as well. Honolulu is so isolated and itís not a major Center or trade or finance.

Cultural Activities: take your pick. All are great with plenty of things to do.

Public Transit: Singapore.

Overall: Singapore.

On these categories, Singapore wins. they also have the best health care and food it's just miserably hot and expensive to live there.

What is summer in Singapore?? The average temperature fluctuates about 2 degrees farenheit the entire year. If by summer you mean year round, then yes I agree Singapore has a pretty miserable summer lol.

I'd say Honolulu. Miami has crime, and Singapore has weird laws that don't appeal to westerners.

Not a democracy? Why? What constitutes "democracy" is not really set; the UK lacks key feature found in other western nations, but no-one would seriously contend that its not a democracy. And being a small country with small population, Singapore's government is pretty close and connected to the people. The dynamic of government there will always be different than say, Germany or the US, because of that.

Not tolerant of what? Its people are principally a mix of Chinese, Malay and Indian backgrounds with a large expat population, so in that regard its more diverse and 'tolerant' than most European nations. Sure its pretty intolerant of antisocial behaviour, which may not necessarily be a bad thing depending on your perspective.
