San Jose probably has better Vietnamese food. And that's all I have to say.

I had voted for VANCOUVER but I am changing my mind, maybe SJ is a better city because of its vibrancy, world class city status and paramount public transportation and infrastructure

We do. Can't comment on San Jose's but I'm pretty sure many, many cities in the US and Canada have excellent Vietnamese cuisine. OK, now I'm craving some.

Only to a certain age group and depending on your background. A Russian-Canadian friend was just in San Jose, she came here in here 30's..didn't know the song when I mentioned it.

Um, ya sure. I haven't even heard people in other Californian cities say that about SJ.
