... The definition of paradise according to Merriam-Webster is a place or state of bliss, felicity, or delight. Paradise is not perfect weather, expensive clothes or amazing food. Paradise is a state of mind and a way of life.

Indeed, but that will be hard to find a place like this...

Maybe if I find a way to mix Paris X London X Tokyo X Miami X Roma X Chamonix X [...]

Unfortunately I -so far- never found a place that I would dream about as a paradise, for cities or regions...
I felt good at the top of the Ecrins, like never before, but It's not a place I d like to live on... It's little bit...rough.
Lack of oxygen above 5500m also helps to feel very good lol, #Kilimanjaro#Aconcagua
I ll try the Lenin peak next time, might be my paradise region

Words are tools in the mouth of the speaker. I think most of us understand what the OP means, in spite of what Merriam-Webster say.

In my experience, in the US, coastal southern California, followed by coastal southern Florida, maybe parts of Hawaii from what others have described; and probably any of several Mediterranean communities, such as Barcelona, much of Greece, Italy, France, even Portugal.

Of course all assuming that one has the power to marshal resources, i.e. money.

Gotta be San Jose for me. Lol.

So, this is what I think makes up a Five Tool List of Cities?

-1st World (Very Nice/Liavable)
-Beautiful Surrounds
-Major Cultural/Historical Attractions
-Importance as a World Center
-Nice Climate (as you mention)

Cities that make up this list would include, but not necessarily limited to:
1. Barcelona
2. Lisbon
3. Los Angeles
4. Melbourne
5. San Francisco
6. Sydney
7. Tel Aviv
