The Sunday Times published it's rich list just the other day with 93 Billionaires in London, which was more than NYC.

I'm sure it's hard to count where billionaires truly live. Unlike us average people, they have residences everywhere. And their primary residence maybe more tax reasons than truly their primary residence.

That being said, London would be my pick to be a billionaire in. NYC would be second. Hong Kong third. San Francisco fourth. Singapore fifth. And Shanghai 7th.
