Yeah I know. But I have heard South Americans and even Mexicans refer to central Americans as "Indios". Which I find A bit Ironic. I have seen Peruvians have discriminatory attitudes towards Central Americans. I guess we are just the scum of the earth, everyone hates us.

Peruvians? Hmmm, I don't know about that. In general I noticed that Peruvians are super friendly towards foreigners, even to Venezuelan refugees. Out of all the countries I visited, Peru is probably the one that is the most open towards outsiders. Southern Cone is a whole different story, a lot of racism against people with Native American appearances

Right. But they belong ALCA (free trade area among central and South americans countries).
The Mercosur is among southern cone countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay) and works almost like the UE with its citzens can living free in the other Mercosur countries.
