If I were forced to live in one for a few years it would easily be Japan.

If I were forced to make one my home for the rest of my life it would easily be Florida.

I've lived in both. I see nothing to compare these two areas. Japan is far more interesting. Its cities, topography climates and its educated population. Florida is what it is, and completely different than Japan.

You've started a poll pitting a mediocre state against a G7 world power? This might be the worst poll I've ever seen on C-D.

But dude, Florida now has Brightline! In case you haven't heard, it's a 70-mile medium speed train line, and if you squint really hard it sorta, kinda looks like Shinkansen. So of course they are comparable!

Texas is about to get a Shinkansen (same exact model) running between Houston and Dallas. Maybe I should start a poll comparing Texas and Japan, lol.
