Not a single country from Eastern Europe, not even Poland, good riddance.
Edit: Keep up the good work, Italy.

Eastern Europe is more preoccupied by the Russian threat and NATO Forces are based in Eastern Europe and reguarly hold joint exercises.

In terms of the Pacific Exercise it sounds more of a maritime naval excercise than a land based excercise, and East Europe tends to spend a higher percentage of it's defence expenditure on forces designed to stop a Russian land invasion rather than a seaborne invasion.

In 2004 the US won mainly thanks to the UK + Poland/EE. It's not like Saddam Hussain was a threat to Lituania at the time. And how are the Netherlands in danger from North Korea?

Last time I checked Poland and the East European nations has sizeable armies but not big navies, so as this is mainly a naval exercise rather than an army or airforce exercise they may have decided not to partcipate.

The Polish Navy mainly concentrates on the Baltic, North Sea and Atlantic which are key to Polish national defence, so a naval exercise in the Pacific is probably not that relevant for Poland and many other EE countries.
