Find my place? (real estate, rent, purchase)

I am looking at relocating somewhere I could purchase some land to build a small house.

My Requirements:

For real estate:

1. I absolutely want to live somewhere with a beach.. if not directly on the water, atleast something with a decent view.
2. I'd prefer to live somewhere with a tropical enviroment
3. The houseing market should be reasonable priced

For my work:

I do iridology, colon hydrotherapy and a few other alternative medicine techniques. I am a fully certified professional with my own office in Alberta. In order for my move to go successfully I suspect I need the following:

1. Live near a city or larger town.
2. The general populatation should be health conscious and can afford alternative treatments.
3. Rent for a basic office downtown shouldnt be too significant
4. The general population should beable to speak and read english.

Daniel - is this in any particular country or area?

The first place that came to mind for me was the northern NSW coast in Australia, just south of Brisbane (major city) - somewhere near Byron or even further north, even up into Queensland. This of course would depend on your ability to emigrate to Oz.

Tropical - check. Near beach - check (fabulous beaches). Genereal population health concious - most definitely. In fact it's a bit of a haven for alternative lifestyles (hippyish) and alternative medicine. English - yes...well it's Australian english Housing market reasonably priced or reasonable commerical rents...hmmm. I'm not so sure about that. There's scarcely any reasonably priced real estate in Australia!
