Also the museum of Islamic art in Doha is a fantastic place and one that I never get tired of visiting.

So of course it comes down to preference but I can see why people enjoy Dubai more as well.
I believe I prefer Qatar over UAE. I have to go back there because my own visit is much shorter back in 2016. Doha didn't even have a subway metro then until literally 2019! Dubai already had that since 2009/2015. I might also prefer Kuwait over UAE. Although, of course I am a fan. Three equally solid countries.

Yes, that highly varies on what someone wants. Qatar, Kuwait still probably didn't reach the touristic popularity of the UAE. Although, even further exotic/even less Westernized.

Wow, the public transportation is actually kind of difficult. And entering ideals of sprawl. The Subway isn't going to get you throughout the entire city. Having to walk very far away, take a bus, or a Taxi. The Smoke Nightlife venues up to now are never accessible to the metro system. Almost feels like Las Vegas in this version. Why didn't the train go much further? Also, what is Dubai before 2013-2019+? At least there are tons of ancient classical buildings that probably happened before the recent years. A unique form of multiculturalism. Please experience!
