I voted for northern/western/southern/Central Europe, Northern North America, Southern Cone, and Australasia. I consider Latin America and Orthodox Europe for the most part their own unique cultures but still trace their roots from the west.

Any reasonably developed country that has democratically held elections. Isn't in East Asia, and has capitalism. Also I'm assuming you meant "Australia"? In general I'd say Brazil and Mexico are the bare minimum of what it takes to be considered "The West". Turkey is also borderline only because of their current dictator.

Anywhere that is majority White and civilized, has near universal development (aside from a very small part of the population that might not want it) in terms of housing, infrastructure and utilities, and high rates of literacy.

Common decency and a respect for Western traditions stemming from the Magna Carta, English Common law, and from Scandanavian/Germanic law even prior to that which placed an emphasis on innate (born with) rights of individuals as well as having a strong emphasis on individual property rights.

The concept is outdated.
