^Zurich is routinely placed among the highest QOL cities in the world. You are correct that it is expensive, but some folks are ok with that.

Just my thought...obviously wasn't my answer and wouldn't be in my top tier either.

North America: Toronto or Mexico City (This is as of currently because I wouldn't voluntarily live under Trump's regime if I didn't have to. If we still had Obama, I'd consider NYC more, but I still think it would lean toward TO or DF)

South America: Buenos Aires (Similar to NYC, up until recently, this would've been a closer tie with Sao Paulo, but Bolsonaro made the tie breaker easy)

Europe: Madrid

Africa: Johannesburg

Asia: Tel Aviv

Oceania: Melbourne or Sydney

If you can't sense a theme, I love the urban jungle.
