It has always been my dream to live and work abroad. However, I don't know what type of professions would get me there. I am more then willing to learn a new language, right now its only English with a smattering of Czech, Korean and Spanish. I would love to live in either Europe or East Asia. Oh, and my husband is in IT if that helps at all, plus we do have four children. I will be returning to college, so right now I could major in just about anything that would help me reach my goal.

So, any advice out there?

I'm an expat in Hong Kong (east asia!). I think it's a fantastic opportunity if you can get it. The biggest issue, and one that you may have to consider with 4 kids, is schooling for expats. Assuming you have to send them to an international school in the country you end up in, you could be looking at a LOT of money. For example, here in HK it costs around $10,000 per child per year - and that's just elementary/primary. That said, some expats are lucky enough to have their companies pay for schooling but usually only if you are a top executive!

In terms of what you could do, I think you need to figure out which country you want to live in and go from there. Consider immigration issues and which professions are in demand. For example in HK many expat executives are in law and finance industries.
